2010 Dixie Youth World Series Runners Up

The Burgaw Ponytails Softball team had a very successful World Series Tournament this past weekend in Columbia County, Georgia.  The Ponytails team finished second in the World Series Tournament, losing 4-3 in the Championship Game.  We are so proud of the effort this group of girls gave in Georgia and are already looking forward to next year, as we are sure you will make another run at the World Series Crown.

Burgaw Dixie Youth 2010 Spring Registration - Last Day to Sign Up

Baseball, Softball, and T-Ball registration will be held in the Pender County Agriculture Building.

Print Application and fill out before coming to speed up your registration process.

Remember, if your child did not play last year in Burgaw, please bring a copy of his/her birth certificate.

Date and Time:

  • Saturday, February 20th from 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Cost : $50 per child

Age : 5 and Up (must be 5 on or before April 30th)

Our 2010 Regular Season has come to an end.  We would like to thank all the players who made this season a success in Burgaw.  We would also like to thank all the volunteers who pitched in to run the concession stand, or clean up the fields, or any other often overlooked task that helped the 2010 season be the great season it has been.
